I just spent a bit of time trying to upload a PDF of some instruction booklets, but the "select file" button didn't seem to work. I got no reaction when clicking on the button in both Firefox and Chrome, and I even turned off AdBlock just in case.

I almost got it to work in I.E. (the LEAST preferred browser), but then the "category" selection part got hung up forever, with the spinning icon.

And finally, when I tried to use the "Contact" form, the "security code" at the bottom didn't show up, so I couldn't submit anything that way, either!

Is this site even active?
It doesn't look like there's been much recent activity.
