Having recently joined the half century club, I can sort of relate to this MOC by builder tankm. Not that I'm using a cane yet, but I'm certainly not in the fresh flush of youth any more. According to the builder this is a future self portrait, and I think it's wonderful. We should all imagine ourselves enjoying beautiful places in the winter of our lives. Dragonball Z was one of my favorite animes growing up. It's completely ridiculous, but so much fun. Legendary builder Moko has made a MOC of Super Saiyan Vegeta in his Great Ape form (long story...). He captured the look perfectly, and I love how pose-able he looks. How will Goku get out of this pickle? TUNE IN NEXT TIME ON DRAGONBALL Z! Original linkOriginal author: James Morr
Humans have always envied birds. For as long as we've been looking up, we've been longing to take to the skies. Thankfully, we were clever enough to figure out how, and flying airplanes is now the aspiration. Like this little one by builder tankm, we can all dream of flight, and the dream is within reach. Lord of the Rings fans should recognize this, it's the White City, Minas Tirith in the realm of Gondor. This build by Swan Dutchman is technically a micro build, but when it's of a subject on this scale, even in micro it's a huge undertaking. According to Koen it took about 6 months and is composed of over 11,500 parts! Just look at all the detail, it's amazing. Original linkOriginal author: Tommy
Scout troopers, and their mode of transportation, have always been a favorite of mine, and this custom Technic figure from builder Fifth line caught my attention immediately. The comically oversized headgear of minifigures isn't nearly as apparent until you see them on a Technic figure looking pretty much in proportion huh? Original linkOriginal author: Tommy
