A new addition to Chris McVeigh's arcade game designs: air hockey! This is such a simple, but incredibly accurate and seemingly playable design! I really like that it's minifigure scale, too. Thanks to those new modified 1x1 round tiles with pegs, this design is even more complete. I'm looking forward to Chris' possible future designs and color combinations of these! In this scene, recreated from Rogue One by Inthert, Director Orson Krennic is attempting to convince Galen Erso to return to his work on Project Celestial Power after finding the Ersos on Lah'mu. This scene is instantly recognizable, with the interesting landscaping and of course the Death Troopers. Dragonflies are one of those creatures that captivates everyone's imagination. Even if you see them all the time, you have to pause to appreciate one. Their elegant wings, slender body and iridescent surface makes them unique and beautiful. The Gilmore Girls – Luke’s Diner by Rainer Zufall is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The setting for the project is from a prominent location from the popular comedy-drama show on the WB/CW. It also proposes minifigures of Lorelai, Luke, Rory, Jess, Lane, and Kirk. The project hit the milestone in less than a month due to its coverage on online publications like Buzzfeed, Fortune, Time, and Mashable, just to name a few. I honestly did not watch Gilmore Girls so I’m not sure of its popularity even though I’ve heard of it before. It now joins The Blues Mobile, SEGA Classic Arcade Machines, Dungeon Master, Red Arrows Hawk, Venetian Houses, and Jeep Wrangler, NBC’s The Office, Tron Legacy Cycle, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Surf Rescue, and Medieval Watermill as the projects to reach the First 2017 Review Stage. The complex curves and sculpted form of the Yamamoto make it a challenge, but builder marchetti36 nails it in one of my favorite versions ever. Yes, that title is based on a true story. This computer reminds me of my wife's first computer, a 386 beast from Hewlett Packard, and it would have looked right at home on this wonderful retro desk by Chris McVeigh. There's so many details to love here, from the insertable floppies to the what is certainly a bit of a squeaky chair. I like the scrappy attitude of builder Tokyo Tag Team. This MOC is inspired by a vinyl figure by Black Seed, which is both rare and expensive.
