The main releases for the month include the LEGO The Legend of Zelda Great Deku Tree (77092) and the LEGO Harry Potter The Burrow – Collector’s Edition (76437). Another LEGO Seasonal Christmas set that will be released soon is the Christmas Ornament Selection (40744). The set contains 153 pieces and will retail for $12.99. There are four different ornaments that can be built simultaneously and each of them has a little loop so you can hang them on your tree. The Santa one uses a lot of quarter-circle and half-circle tiles to get the shape of his beard. The reindeer has some lights on its antlers which use some red 1×1 tiles as well as some translucent-green tiles. The present is fairly generic but does have a red ribbon that goes on the front and a bow on top. Lastly, the snowman has your Frosty look with the carrot nose and has a top hat and scarf. Every now and then a LEGO train MOC comes by that takes your breath away and steams things up. Today is one of those days! Not just a train but a wonderful Swedish Class S1 2-6-4. Doesn't ring a train bell? Well, I get that because the name doesn't say much to me either. What does speak to me is the elegance of the MOC that carries that name. I wanted to explore the impact of appearing on the LEGO Masters TV show, personally and professionally. While I have not been on the show, I know many who have. I started by talking with some of my friends from New Zealand: Rachel and Jason De Vries. I met the De Vries at LEGO House in 2019.
