LEGO has officially announced the LEGO SMART Brick at their first-ever CES event. LEGO’s Chief Product & Marketing Officer, Julia Goldin, was on hand to reveal the SMART Brick which is the size of a 2×4 LEGO brick. The system consists of the brick, the tag, and the minifigure. There’s a chip inside the brick that is smaller than the LEGO stud. The platform that the SMART Bricks is used on is called Smart Play. #LEGO announced #SMART Brick at #CES. Kids are digital natives.
