The Marvel logo is one of the most recognizable things in print and films and LEGO will be releasing a brick-built version of the Marvel Logo (76313) in January. The set has 931 pieces and retails for $99.99. Minifigures Included in the set are five of the main Avengers: Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, and Hulk. The only noticeable omission is Hawkeye. Iron Man has an update Mark VI armor which has some nice shading on the front and back of the torso. The legs have been used before and it has some pearl-gold and silver printing. The double-sided head is the usual one with the smile on one side and the HUD on the other. One of my most beloved annual LEGO themes remains the Winter Village series. As we head into fall every year, we eagerly await the announcement of that year’s release. The new Santa’s Post Office (10339) for 2024 and the accompanying set Santa’s Delivery Truck (40746) are welcome additions to that long tradition since 2009. It brings the theme back to the North Pole, which are my favorite Winter Village sets. And it brings a whimsical approach to an otherwise mundane concept of a post office. The Australian LEGO Shop has revealed the LEGO Spring Festival Lucky Knots (40756) gift with purchase set. The set has 317 pieces and features a pair of the red knot decorations which symbolizes good fortune, wealth, and health in Chinese culture. Once you are finished building, you can also hang them up on the walls as well. Another LEGO 2025 rumor that was tied with the Star Trek USS Enterprise is that we could be seeing a remake of the Pirates of the Caribbean The Black Pearl. The set is reported to be part of the LEGO Icons line and is a remake of the Black Pearl from 2011. There’s not much information to go off of but if the rumor is true, we can expect the ship to be much larger than the original one as it was only 804 pieces. As always, don’t get your hopes up too much as these are purely rumors until concrete evidence shows up.
