Yes, now you can build your own LEGO vampire for Halloween! UK retailer WHSmith has revealed the exclusive minifigure for the upcoming LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia Updated Edition to be Emperor Palpatine. This version of Palpatine is from The Rise of Skywalker in which he had the black and red robes.
